- Self-esteem issues
- Emotional difficulties
What happens during the first consultation?
The initial consultation provides an opportunity for you to become acquainted with me as your counsellor and get used to expressing your thoughts, feelings, concerns and goals. The aim of your future sessions will be to help you gain an understanding of what is happening and why, clarify goals and discuss personalised strategies for change. Expect the first session to be a getting to know you experience and gaining an overview of any issues that are troubling you at this time, the following sessions are able to get more to the heart of matters and where the real work begins.

Our Counselling Services are opened in Moruya.
Due to the current worldwide conditions like most small businesses we have had to adapt.
In response to these times, we are still offering face to face counselling, however we are now only offering out of hrs counselling between 5pm-9pm five days per week.
Training Services are available statewide, however again we have had to adapt to the current situation and our Suicide Intervention Training (ASIST) and Accidental Counselling Training are only available for weekend workshops.
