What happens during the first consultation?

The initial consultation provides an opportunity for you to become acquainted with me as your counsellor and get used to expressing your thoughts, feelings, concerns and goals. The aim of your future sessions will be to help you gain an understanding of what is happening and why, clarify goals and discuss personalised strategies for change. A typical first session is about 90 minutes.

Follow-up sessions - $95 (60 minute session)

Relationship Counselling
Initial Consult - $135 (90 minute session)
Follow-up sessions - $115 (60 minute session)

  • Tailored 3.5 hours sessions giving an overview of Suicide Intervention with a commitment to further practical training
  • Half-day safeTALK sessions-how to recognize someone at risk and refer on to further help
  • Two full days ASIST training, Intensive workshop focused on teaching anyone how to conduct a suicide intervention.
